$700 billlon bailout............ It started with bad mortgage's....... People can't pay back bad debt due to various reasons............ Bank's gave bad loans............... People bought overpriced overvalued homes.............. Bought vehicles they could not afford........... Bank's loaned to anyone that could hold a pen to sign........... Bank's thought when they can't pay back they will take back the home and sell for profit........ Bank's stuck with shit debt............. Bank's to dumb to realize they overvalued homes so customers could borrow more money for said property........... Bank's quickly sell mortgages to other institution's with even less business sense.............. Borrowers salary's not increasing fast enough to pay back said loans ................. Sell house for loss ,resulting in lower market prices.......... Most houses were never worth the amount most people paid for them......... Bank's scratch fore head............. So now we will pay the financial institution's money to cover bad debt......... The people that cant pay still cant pay......... Are they going to loan more money to people that were responsible in the first place??......... It's like someone burned down your house and then you pay them to build you a new one.
